What is a voucher and where can I get one?

The product is a voucher with a period of validity of three years. The voucher can be purchased from Volkswagen Classic Parts and its value can be freely selected between an amount of at least EUR 20 and a maximum of EUR 500. It can be used as a means of payment for orders from Volkswagen Classic Parts.

What are the redemption conditions for the voucher?

The voucher can be redeemed for orders from Volkswagen Classic Parts within three years of being issued. It can be used for the entire range and is not linked to a person until a customer account has been topped up with the voucher. As soon as it has been used to top up a customer account, the credit is tied to this customer account.

Can vouchers be combined?

Yes, several vouchers can be redeemed at the same time.

Where can I see my credit?

Registered customers can top up their customer account with a voucher under the "Redeem voucher as shop credit" menu item. Its value is added to your customer account as shop credit. The shop credit can be viewed at any time under the menu item "Shop credit" in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, the (remaining) value of the voucher can be seen when redeemed in the checkout process.

What if the order amount exceeds the voucher amount?

The difference can be paid using one of the available payment methods.

Can I redeem my voucher for an order that has already been placed?

It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively to orders that have already been placed and paid for.

What happens in the event of a complaint?

If the order that was the subject of the complaint was paid for exclusively with the voucher, the voucher value will be reactivated to the amount covered by the complaint. If another payment method was used in addition to the voucher, the value of the voucher will be reactivated and the difference will be reimbursed via the payment method used if the full amount of the order was the subject of the complaint. In the event of a complaint about part of an order, payment will first be refunded using the regular payment method. If the reimbursement amount exceeds the payment amount that was not paid with the voucher, the remaining value will be reactivated for the original voucher.
